It wasn't very animated, just a still image with changing text being read by Microsoft Sam. Now, the text was funny, but when he started saying "I am a pimp!" over and over, it was a little funny, but then it didn't end!

If I wanted to see LOLcats, I'd go to icanhascheezburger. This is not a good way to view them. There's barely enough time to read the caption, much less get how it fits with the picture.

It's even better than Nintendo's games because Mario is actually fighting! He's literally kicking Koopa ass!

And here's a tip to other players, when Bowser is shooting fireballs, it's time to stop fighting Bowser and dodge them. He'll eventually stop and you can resume kicking his turtle ass.

This could be a good flash, but there are some problems that need ironing out. One is that your screen is too wide and shows where the characters have gone after they leave the screen. Another is that it could help if you zoomed in to show what's going on. A third is that this looks like a random series of events and Mario does nothing but walk around.

Your sprite animation work in this one is excellent. However, your speech balloons are sometimes partially off the screen, and they use a hard-to-read font, not to mention the letters are pretty small.

In addition, your animations could use some better plots. If you have trouble telling a story, I suggest you collaborate with someone who can help you develop better stories.

"The biggest problems..."

The biggest problems with this is that the heart meter empties too quickly and the Octorocks appear too fast. The first time I played it, I didn't have time to move my fingers from the mouse to the arrow keys before Link was history. Then I played it again, got all the rupees, killed all the Octorocks, but was quickly killed by the re-spawning.

Fun concept, just needs some work...

And a background wouldn't hurt.
